Email Growth Strategist AI Agent / Setup guide
Email Growth Strategist AI Agent — Setup Guide
This product turns Claude or ChatGPT into an email marketing strategist — flows/automations, campaign writing, segmentation, and list growth.
Option A: Claude (Claude Code, claude.ai, or Claude Desktop)
Claude Code:
mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills
cp -r skills/email-growth-strategist ~/.claude/skills/
Restart Claude Code — the agent activates automatically whenever you ask about email marketing.
claude.ai / Claude Desktop: Settings → Capabilities/Skills → Upload
the skills/email-growth-strategist folder (or its SKILL.md file).
Option B: ChatGPT (Custom GPT)
As a Custom GPT (recommended — stays saved for reuse):
- In ChatGPT, go to Explore GPTs → Create.
- Open the Configure tab.
- Name:
Email Growth Strategist - Description:
An email marketing strategist for flows, campaigns, segmentation, and list growth. - Instructions: open
skills/email-growth-strategist/SKILL.md, copy everything below the---frontmatter block (starting from "# Email Growth Strategist"), and paste it into the Instructions field. - Save. You now have a reusable GPT — open it any time you need this agent.
Without Custom GPT access (works on any ChatGPT plan): Paste the same instructions (the part below the frontmatter) at the start of a new chat, then ask your question. You'll need to re-paste it each time you start a new chat.
Example prompts to try
"I run a small skincare brand. Help me plan a 4-email welcome flow for new subscribers who signed up for a 10% off code."
"My open rate dropped from 32% to 19% over the last month — here's what changed: [describe changes]. What's likely going on?"
Use it as a recurring check-in
Once the one-off use is working for you, turn it into a standing weekly habit — paste last week's numbers and this prompt every Monday (or set a recurring reminder to do it):
Run this every Monday: here's last week's email performance [paste open rate, click rate, unsubscribe rate, and revenue per email for each campaign/flow email sent]. Flag anything that moved meaningfully, name the likely cause, and tell me the one email or flow to fix or test this week.
